IMMUNE TEA

Recipe for naturopathic immune tea:

10g dried yarrow
10g dried elderflower
10g dried peppermint

Blend together and store in a glass jar.
Infuse 1 tsp of herbal tea in 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and let brew for 10 minutes to allow the medicinal properties to extract from the herbs and into the water. Allow tea to cool before drinking.

This blend of herbs has traditionally been used by naturopaths and herbalists to support a fever and help the body fight off infection. It contains herbal medicines which are suitable for all ages. Infants and small children can start on 30mL three times daily. All herbs in this formula are safe to consume in large amounts.
