Iron-C provides a highly bioavailable form of iron that is gentle on digestion. Features iron as FerrochelĀ® bis-glycinate, a well-tolerated form of iron with superior absorption. With calcium ascorbate, a buffered form of vitamin C. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
