A different way to approach women’s health.
Bridget B Naturopathy is an online naturopathic clinic specialising in women’s health, fertility, hormones and the microbiome.
We look beyond individual symptoms to understand how the different parts of your health connect, combining detailed clinical assessment, targeted testing and personalised treatment.
The whole picture matters.
Women’s health is rarely straightforward.
Hormones influence the gut. The microbiome interacts with fertility. Nutrient status can affect energy, mood and reproductive health.
When symptoms overlap, looking at one piece in isolation can miss what’s happening underneath.
Our role is to connect the dots.

When the picture is complex
We work with women whose symptoms rarely fit neatly into one category.
Hormones, fertility, digestion, immune function and the microbiome are deeply interconnected. Our practitioners take the time to understand those connections, using detailed clinical assessment, pathology and targeted testing.
Your treatment is then built around your individual presentation, rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Investigate properly.
When the right investigation can add clarity, we use targeted pathology and functional testing to look deeper.
Testing is selected according to your history, symptoms and clinical presentation.
We don’t test for the sake of testing.
CLINICAL EXPERIENCE,
PERSONAL CARE.
Founded by naturopath and clinical nutritionist Bridget, the clinic has grown from one practitioner into an international team supporting women online around the world.
With more than a decade of clinical experience, Bridget and the team work with complex presentations where a deeper, more connected approach is needed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
-
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a detailed health questionnaire, privacy and consent forms, and information to help you prepare for your appointment.
Your completed questionnaire and forms are reviewed by your practitioner before you meet, so your appointment can focus on understanding your health rather than starting from scratch.
-
Your first appointment is a detailed consultation covering your health history, current symptoms, menstrual cycle, hormones, digestion, nutrition, lifestyle, previous investigations and what you’re hoping to change.
We’ll look at the wider picture and identify areas that may need further investigation.
For most clients, we recommend targeted testing based on your individual presentation. This may include conventional pathology or functional testing across areas such as hormones, nutrient status, gut health, microbiome or fertility.
After your consultation, your initial recommendations and a clear plan for the next stage of your care will be prepared and uploaded to your client portal within a few days.
-
Testing is selected according to your symptoms, history and clinical presentation rather than using the same panel for everyone.
Depending on your case, testing may provide further insight into areas such as hormones, nutrient status, gut and microbiome health, fertility or other factors relevant to your symptoms.
Once your results are available, we’ll arrange your first follow-up appointment to review them with you.
-
This is where we review your results in detail and bring them together with everything we learned in your initial consultation.
Your practitioner will explain your findings, answer your questions and use the results to develop or refine your personalised treatment plan.
Your plan may include nutritional and herbal medicine, targeted supplementation, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, depending on your individual needs.
-
Complex health concerns rarely change overnight.
Follow-up appointments allow us to monitor your response to treatment, review new information and refine your plan as your health evolves.
Appointments are typically scheduled every 3–8 weeks, depending on your presentation, treatment plan and progress. Some clients may need closer follow-up initially, while others may have more time between appointments as things stabilise.
Your care remains individual throughout, with your practitioner guiding you on when to book your next appointment.
CLIENT EXPERIENCES
-
“Bridget really takes every symptom and health concern seriously to build a complete picture, which has not been my experience with GPs over the years. We’ve used various tests to get to the root cause of my health concerns and I have found the protocols so clear and thorough.”

“After 4 years of struggling with heavy periods, spotting and not feeling heard by the doctors, Bridget really listened and made me feel understood. Her knowledge and tailored approach helped to regulate my periods, improve my iron levels and get my energy back.”

“I came to Bridget two years post partum, completely depleted and looking for answers. I found her kind, understanding and super knowledgeable. Over the next two years we tested then rebuilt my hormones, addressing my chronic stress and working on lifestyle improvements. I’m now pregnant again, and so happy to have Bridget guiding me through these last few months and the next chapter.”
