Currency

All prices on the site are in British pound sterling (GBP).

Payment for consultations

Naturopathic consultations require 100% prepayment which is due at the time of booking confirmation. Failure to pay prior to your appointment will result in your appointment being released from the diary.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that your time is precious and we ask you to understand that ours is too. Therefore, we ask that you give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that others may use the appointment time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge will be applied. Same day cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of the full appointment fee. Please note that appointment changes must be made between standard business hours of Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (BST).

Refund Policy

All products and/or services offered by the Site are non-refundable. All sales are final. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
