E-book: How to Read Your Own Blood Tests
Have you been to your GP with symptoms of exhaustion, anxiety, depression, irregular or painful periods, or just not quite feeling right... had blood tests taken, think that you are going to finally get some answers, only to have the results come back and be told you're fine? Even though you feel so far from fine?

I have had hundreds of conversations with people who are exhausted but have been told that their blood tests are "fine". On closer inspection of their blood tests, the results are usually far from fine...
Current pathology reference ranges are outdated and are determined by calculating the average results from a population of people who are predominately not well. This means that you can be experiencing symptoms of fatigue, anxiety, infertility, weight gain, constipation, acne, hair loss, etc - but because you are still technically "within range" of a very broad reference range, you will be told that you are fine. Your thyroid is fine. Your iron is fine. Your vitamin B12 is fine. Your hormones are fine. You can be on the border of the very lower or upper end of the range, a couple of days away from a deficiency/excess, but because you are still "within range", you (and your symptoms) are dismissed.
This resource contains the strict references ranges for blood testing that I use in clinical practice, which are based on naturopathic and functional medicine. It covers the optimal levels of important blood tests such as iron, vitamin D, thyroid hormones, sex hormones and more. If you don't feel fine - you probably aren't. The answers ARE probably in your blood tests, but they need to be interpreted correctly. The answers are in this e-book.
